A little bit more about me...
I currently live in Birmingham, Alabama (originally from Mobile) with my husband, Patrick, and our daughter, Merritt. In 2012, I graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. After college, I worked for over five years in the social services department of a private foster care agency. During that time, I received several years of TBRI® (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) training and worked closely with children from a wide range of backgrounds, many of whom had experienced trauma or attachment-related challenges. That work deeply shaped how I see children and taught me the importance of balancing both structure and nurture.

Caring for little ones has always been a natural part of my life—I’ve babysat and nannied for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always felt especially comfortable with infants. One of the first times I really put my sleep knowledge into practice was when my best friend had triplets. As you can imagine, sleep was a huge challenge for their family, and I stepped in to help. Within just two nights, we saw a major transformation (they were around 11 months at the time). That experience confirmed for me how life-changing healthy sleep rhythms can be, not only for babies but for parents too. I was so proud to have been able to do something for people I cared for and considered family.

Since then, I’ve helped friends and families in various ways over the years, and each time I’ve been reminded how powerful it is to give the gift of rest. Eventually, I realized this was more than something I could do on the side—it was a calling.

It's my privilege to come alongside families in this tender season to help create more peace in their homes. My hope is always that the work I do brings both comfort and confidence to parents while allowing little ones to thrive.
